CLA is the second largest employer in Houlton and a leader in provision of developmental disability services in northern Maine. CLA provides community supports, work and training programs, along with a wide range of residential services, supported independent living, home supports, shared living, and community case management. CLA is proud of the quality of residential and support environments it has developed over the past 55 years.
