About Our Day Programs
CLA operates 3 Day Service locations in Houlton, providing structured and engaging daytime programs for adults with intellectual disabilities. Our programs are designed to develop skills, build friendships, and create opportunities for meaningful community involvement.
Each day service location offers a variety of activities and programming tailored to the interests and goals of participants. Programs include skill development, social activities, volunteer opportunities, meals, and supervision throughout the day.
Skill Development
Structured activities designed to build life skills, social skills, and vocational abilities in a supportive environment.
Social Activities
Group activities, outings, and events that build friendships, communication skills, and community connections.
Volunteer Opportunities
Participants give back to their community through meaningful volunteer projects and service opportunities.
Meals & Nutrition
Nutritious meals provided daily as part of the program, with support for individual dietary needs.
Community Supports are funded through MaineCare and state programs. Our programs are available to eligible adults with intellectual disabilities in the Houlton area.
