Assisted Living Homes
CLA operates four Assisted Living homes in the Houlton area, providing wheelchair accessible, Section 21 licensed residential care. Our homes include one four-person home, two five-person homes, and one six-person home. Each is designed to feel like a real home, not an institution.
Residents receive individualized support with daily living activities, medication management, community access, and personal care. Our trained staff are on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure safety, comfort, and engagement.

Forest Springs
8 Person Group Home
Forest Springs is an 8-person group home that provides a structured yet comfortable living environment. Staff includes an Administrator, a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), a Social Worker, and RN Consultants, ensuring comprehensive care for every resident.
The home offers individualized programs, community integration activities, and 24-hour staffing with trained Direct Support Professionals.
Harmony
12 Person ICF Nursing Home
Harmony is a 12-person Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) nursing home that provides a higher level of medical and personal care. The one-level facility features 4 private bedrooms and 4 double bedrooms, creating a comfortable and accessible living space for all residents.
Harmony's staff includes registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and dedicated support professionals who provide around the clock care in a warm, home-like environment.
