CLA's Employment Services program is built on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to work and contribute to their community. Our team of Employment Specialists works with individuals to identify their interests, strengths, and career goals, then provides the training and support needed to achieve them.

Career Planning

A comprehensive 60 hour career planning process where we work with each individual to explore their interests, skills, and goals for employment.

Work Support

On the job support and coaching to help individuals learn new skills, build confidence, and succeed in their workplace.

Employment Specialist

Dedicated specialists who work with local businesses to find the right job match and provide ongoing support for long-term success.

How It Works

Our employment services begin with getting to know each individual. Through the Career Planning process, we spend up to 60 hours exploring interests, assessing skills, and building a personalized employment plan. From there, our Employment Specialists connect individuals with local businesses and provide the support needed for a successful placement.

Once employed, we continue to provide work support services to ensure both the employee and employer have everything they need for a lasting, successful working relationship.
